The PENOSIL Foam Gun S1 is a professional PU foam applicator with a long barrel specified for deep joints. With a high-quality structure and durable components, the S1 delivers controlled, smooth foam application.
The S1's economical design allows for precise dosing, ideal for sealing and filling. The light rubber-coated handle is resistant to solvents, alongside a universal adapter with a Teflon exterior that facilitates cleaning. The stainless steel needle with a Teflon-coated exterior prevents the foam from sticking inside the gun, reducing any blockages.
Made of a single part in order to increase the guns rigidity and durability, the extrusion rod allows a tight and hermetic connection between the needle and barrel in every situation.
Product Maintenance
- Clean the gun immediately after use to prevent cured foam from blocking the internal mechanism.
- If the foam can is not empty, it can remain attached to the gun for up to 14 days and be reused without removal.
- If foam leaks from the adjustment screw, remove the can immediately and tighten the adjustment screw with a spanner.
