Although our Artificial Plants require no watering or feeding, regular care can keep them looking fresh and extend their lifespan.

Cleaning: Like any other homestead decor, your plants may accumulate light dust. To upkeep the vibrant, fresh feel, dust the leaves with a feather duster or microfibre cloth. However, whilst light dusting removes loose dust, a thin film may build up over time. For a deeper clean, simply wipe over the leaves with a microfibre cloth, lukewarm water and a little mild dish soap, helping to dissolve and lift the residue, then rinsing with clean water if necessary, letting it air dry to prevent trapped moisture. If your plant is indoors in a clean room, this step may be less necessary, being more common if yours is outdoors, near a road, in a kitchen, or in a home with pets. Please avoid using bleach, solvents, or abrasive cleaners; these can discolour your plant, as well as strip the UV-resistant coating.

Outdoor Care: Our plants are UV Protected, meaning there is no extra maintenance needed for a plant that may sit outdoors. However, please be aware of the condition of the natural rattan basket, as long periods of moisture can cause the basket to become brittle or develop mold. Although sustainable in wet conditions, always allow the basket to dry completely after rainy weather, inspecting the basket regularly for splits and loose weaving to extend its longevity.
