- TLC - The plants are packed in cardboard boxes for protection during shipment, this may cause the foliage to be a little compressed or out of shape on arrival. We recommend you open the box gently and arrange the foliage by folding out leaves and flowers to a natural looking shape.
- To keep your artificial flowers looking fresh and vibrant, dust them regularly using a soft microfibre cloth or feather duster.
- Every 1–3 months, give your flowers a deeper clean to remove accumulated grime. Lightly mist the flowers with lukewarm water and gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. Alternatively, use a mixture of mild dish soap and water for more stubborn dirt.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol-based sprays, or bleach, as these can strip colour or cause the materials to degrade over time.
- During storms or high winds, it’s best to move planters and displays to a covered or sheltered location to avoid unnecessary wear or damage.
