Please note the plants are packed tightly in cardboard cartons for maximum protection. They are lying down flat in the boxes this will cause the foliage to become compressed, creased and out of shape. This may take some time, but the perfect shape can be regained by gently pulling or fluffing the foliage back into shape and folding leaves back to a natural shape.
